These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zebastian Victorin Artist Hub website at zebastianvictorin.com (the "Site"), operated by Zebastian Victorin and Victoriny Records ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the public website, the Inner Circle member area, and any connected services and integrations described herein.

The Site provides:

• Public access to Zebastian Victorin's music releases, videos, and artist information.
• An Inner Circle membership where fans can join with their name and email to receive unreleased previews, early access, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Administrative tools (accessible only to authorized team members) that connect to third-party platforms to sync music, analytics, and marketing data.

Public visitors can browse the Site without an account. To join the Inner Circle, you provide your first name and email address. Administrative access to the Site's management tools is restricted to authorized team members and requires login credentials.

The Site connects to certain third-party platforms through authorized integrations. These integrations are managed server-side by the site operator. Where an integration uses OAuth, authorization tokens are stored securely on our servers and are never exposed to your browser. You can request disconnection of an integration at any time by contacting us.

The Site interacts with the following third-party platforms through server-side integrations. Each platform is governed by its own terms and policies, which apply in addition to these Terms:

• Spotify — to display and link to music and to sync catalog and streaming data.
• Apple Music — to display and link to music and to sync catalog data.
• YouTube — to embed videos and to sync public channel and video metrics.
• Instagram — to display reels and public profile content, and to manage comments.
• Meta (Facebook) — to sync advertising and marketing data.
• Google, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console — to measure traffic, search performance, and advertising campaigns.
• Google Sheets — to export fan signup data for the operator's records.
• Canva — to create and manage visual content for marketing.
• DistroKid — to discover release metadata, where configured.
• TikTok — where you authorize a TikTok integration, to access the account and content data permitted by the scopes you grant.

We do not control these third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability, policies, or practices. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or any connected third-party platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its integrations, including introducing malware or attempting to overload servers.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Site without permission, except where content is made available for public sharing.
• Use the Inner Circle member area to send unsolicited communications or to misuse another member's information.

All music, artwork, videos, text, and visual content on the Site are owned by Zebastian Victorin, Victoriny Records, or their licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and, where provided, share content through the Site's sharing features for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

"Zebastian Victorin", "Victoriny Records", and associated logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

The Site and its integrations are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates, or failures at third-party platforms may affect availability of certain features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zebastian Victorin and Victoriny Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or its integrations. Where a third-party platform is involved, that platform's own liability terms apply to data and services it provides.

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Inner Circle if you breach these Terms. You can request removal of your member data at any time by contacting us.

The operator may disconnect any third-party integration at any time — for example, if a platform's terms change, if credentials are revoked, or if the integration is no longer needed. Disconnection may affect the availability of features that depend on that platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
